La Cervarola is at Lago della Ninfa, at around 1,500 metres, one of the busiest starting points on Cimone: for the slopes in winter, for the trails and the Adventure Park in summer. It is a convenient stop before or after a day outdoors.
The cooking is that of the Modenese mountains, and the dish guests remember most is the tortelloni.
